We had a very successful visit to Ripon Walled Garden where we had a lovely lunch and a tour of the walled garden. There are facilities for people with special needs, who have breathed a new lease of life into the walled garden, and they sell plenty of plants that they have nourished.

We then went on to Norton Conyers for a look around their extensive garden, dodging the showers as we went.
